INTRODUCTION

In a constantly evolving and unpredictable region and economic climate, developing and implementing a successful Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) can enable an organization to thrive regardless of the challenges and obstacles that may arise.

This course is designed to help professionals protect their organizations by providing all the necessary knowledge for developing, implementing and/or enhancing a powerful Business Continuity Management System. This course also provides practical tools, systems, and reports that will enable participants to create their own customized Business Continuity Plan and more easily implement and manage them.
