Course Overview: This course provides an in-depth examination of the legal and practical aspects of research contracts and intellectual property (IP) management in academic and corporate settings. This course aims to help research contracts professionals and research administrators to meet these challenges and to develop technical knowledge about the negotiation, drafting, and enforcement of research contracts, as well as the protection and commercialization   of intellectual property arising from research activities.
