  • Describe the material & gas flow in the Raw mill and Cement mill installations
  • Conduct standard operation principles for the grinding processes
  • Automatic control loop understanding
  • Understand raw materials, composition and influence on grinding performance
  • Execute start & stop procedures and their standard sequences
  • Calculate heat and mass flow balances
  • Knowing the interlocking’s, alarm limits and their consequences
  • Understand CCR instrumentation outputs
  • Test the internal procedures for efficiency and consequences.

  • Finance The course is aimed at all mill/grinding process staff personnel with focus on the process, production and mill operator area.
