Course Objective
- Describe the material & gas flow in the Raw mill and Cement mill installations
- Conduct standard operation principles for the grinding processes
- Automatic control loop understanding
- Understand raw materials, composition and influence on grinding performance
- Execute start & stop procedures and their standard sequences
- Calculate heat and mass flow balances
- Knowing the interlocking’s, alarm limits and their consequences
- Understand CCR instrumentation outputs
- Test the internal procedures for efficiency and consequences.

- Finance The course is aimed at all mill/grinding process staff personnel with focus on the process, production and mill operator area.
